A lot of designers have made ‘summer boots’, or ankle boots with lots of cut outs, and I absolutely love the open toe and exposed ankle combination. This version is by DKNY, Donna Karen’s less expensive line, and it comes in both black and brown. They are quite popular because they are already sold out at a few on-line department stores.
