Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian wine style that was first developed in Australia, and the Leasingham Classic Clare Sparkling Shiraz is a benchmark of this extraordinary wine.
Established in 1893, Leasingham Wines has been an integral part of the Clare Valley in South Australia for over 100 years. Select parcels of premium Shiraz for this wine were fermented in new and old oak for two and a half years. Over the next five years the wine was matured on yeast lees continuing to build character, complexity and depth. The 1997 Sparkling Shiraz is a soft, complex style which will further develop for up to 3 years.
Deep ruby red in colour, this wine displays lifted, ripe berry fruit and spice on the bouquet, complemented by a soft and full bodied palate showing black plum, subtle and creamy oak, concentrated flavours and fine, persistent tannins.

气泡设拉子最早由澳大利亚第一个酿造，体现了独一无二的澳大利亚风格。丽星酒庄经典克莱尔谷气泡设拉子更是一个基石。
丽星酒庄位于南澳大利亚克莱尔谷，于1893年成立，拥有100多年的历史。该款佳酿选用精选的高品质设拉子葡萄，在新老橡木桶内经过2年半的发酵。在接下来的5年内继续成熟，剩余的酵母继续使酒体发展的更饱和更深邃。1997年的气泡设拉子柔和丰满，还可经3年的进一步发展。
色泽呈深宝石红色，口感充满成熟莓果和香料的风味。收尾柔和，酒体圆润馥郁，略带奶油味的橡木味，单宁柔和持久。
